Collaged Easter Egg

 As a textile artist for the day, you will create a beautiful, imperfect, and unique egg, using fabric and thread as the medium. We’ll focus on learning French knots and adding beads and exploring textures. No two eggs will look the same! 

These supplies will be included in your kit – base fabric (approx. 4”x6”) with backing, embroidery floss, needle, torn fabric scraps, beads, yarn, miscellaneous fibers, and adhesive. You will need to provide your own scissors.

You’ll finish with a collaged Easter egg, ready to frame or simply display alone. Sign up with a friend or come by yourself, ready to make new friends! Class size is limited to 15 participants and the cost is $40. I hope you’ll join me (virtually) for a morning of imperfectly beautiful stitching!
