February Collaged Hearts - Weeknight Session

This class will be co-taught by Jen from @theturquoisetomato!

As a textile artist for the evening, you will create a beautiful, imperfect, and unique heart, using fabric and thread as the medium. We’ll focus on learning French knots and adding beads and exploring textures. No two hearts will look the same!

These supplies will be included in your kit – base fabric (approx. 4”x6”) with backing, embroidery floss, needle, torn fabric scraps, beads, yarn, miscellaneous fibers, and adhesive. You will need to provide your own scissors.

You’ll finish with a collaged heart, ready to frame or simply display alone. Sign up with a friend or come by yourself, ready to make new friends! Class size is limited to 13 participants and the cost is $50. I hope you’ll join us (virtually) for an evening of imperfectly beautiful stitching!
